Vanity Fair’s Fresh Faces of Hollywood: Milky Skinned and Lilly White

Its kinda hard to not notice how damn White Vanity Fair’s Fresh Faces of Hollywood is this year.

One of these things is just like the other! Diversity is NOT throwing in a red headed Emma Stone.

Why can’t you add some color, you don’t think there was any talent of color this year? Zoe Saldana and Frida Pinto don’t come to mind? Sure, Zoe Saldena was in the 2008 issue, but girl brought in almost $3 billion dollars worth of movie tickets and 10+ Oscars between Star Trek and Avatar this year. So its sorta hard not to include her in this list (again).

Frieda Pinto. Too good for the next Bond film and too good for your photo, Annie Leibovitz.

But not including Frieda Pinto is a TRAVESTY. Seriously? Latika? Seriously? Has there been anyone on screen this year that made you just unbelievably in love with someone as Frieda freaking Pinto? Between Kristen Stewart’s Twilight suicide attempts and Anna Kendrik reprising her Rocket Science character for Up in the Air, I don’t see anyone on this year’s Fresh Faces list that I even LIKE, much less LOVE. Amanda Seyfried I actually LOATHE (its her Bratz face). And come on, Rebecca Hall peeked in 2008 with Vicky Christina Barcelona! Fine, you got me with Emma Stone, but she’s been around since Superbad, so she don’t count.
