Call it what you want: A pound, a jab, props.
Make fun of the Obamas using it as a form of endearment.
Or you can even try to associate TERRORISM with Barack by calling it a Terrorist Fist Jab like good ole Fox News did:

But when I got this close to Michelle Obama at a SJSU rally/speech, I went in for a handshake. Our First Lady on the other hand (maybe she’s a germaphobe or maybe she was feeling the Aretha Franklin and James Brown pumping through the speakers) didn’t reciprocate with a handshake or a high five. She went straight to a fist pound.
And it was EXPLOOSIIVVEE!!!
